Scope: Flight tickets

- Subject to property's cancellation policy

Bus Services
Scope: Intercity bus tickets
Right of Withdrawal: NO
No right of withdrawal for transportation services as per Law 6502 Art. 15/ğ.
Cancellation and Refund Terms:
- Varies by bus company policy
- Cancellation required before departure time
- Cancellation fee: According to company tariff
- No-show: No refund
Transfer and Transport
Scope: Airport transfer, city transfer
Right of Withdrawal: YES (14 Days)
14-day withdrawal right (if service has not started)
Cancellation and Refund Terms:
- 24 hours before: Full refund
- 24 hours - 6 hours before: 50% fee deduction
- Within 6 hours: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Car Rental
Scope: Daily/weekly car rental
Right of Withdrawal: YES (14 Days)
14-day withdrawal right (if service has not started)
Cancellation and Refund Terms:
- 48 hours before: Full refund
- Within 48 hours: Car rental company policy
- Driver's license and age limit check
- Deposit: Refundable
Special Terms:
- •Minimum age: 21-25 (company dependent)
- •Driver's license: At least 1-2 years
- •Deposit: Credit card hold

E-SIM and Digital Products
Scope: E-SIM, internet packages, digital cards
Right of Withdrawal: NO

- No refund after activation
- Unused e-SIM: Refund within 7 days
- Digital delivery: Instant
