Metro: You can reach the airport in 52 minutes by taking the M4 line from Kadıköy Station. Services run every 5 minutes and operate between 06:00 and 23:59. If coming from Taksim, you need to transfer to Kadıköy via the M2 line first.

Havabus: You can reach the airport using Havabus buses departing from Taksim or Kadıköy. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes, and services continue throughout the day.

Bus: The E10 and E11 lines from Kadıköy operate to the airport. The journey time for E11 is approximately 30-40 minutes. Buses depart every 15-20 minutes and operate between 05:00 and 01:00.

S1 Train (S-Bahn): The fastest way to reach the city center from Hamburg Airport is the S1 train. Departing from the metro station located under Terminals 1 and 2, the S1 train reaches the main train station Hauptbahnhof in 24 minutes and the Jungfernstieg stop in 27 minutes. Trains depart every 10 minutes and operate 24 hours on weekends.

Bus: Public buses are a cheap alternative to reach the city center from Hamburg Airport. You can use Route 606 and get off at the Rathausmarkt stop. Daytime buses generally operate between 05:00-00:00. There are several bus lines departing from the exits of both terminals.

Taxi: White taxis operate 24 hours in Hamburg. The journey from the airport to the city center takes between 20-35 minutes depending on traffic. Taxi fares can be paid by credit card in most taxis. Taxi stands are located at the terminal exits.
