Bus Services
Scope: Intercity bus tickets
Right of Withdrawal: NO

- Cancellation fee: According to company tariff

Transfer and Transport
Scope: Airport transfer, city transfer

Cancellation and Refund Terms:
- 24 hours before: Full refund
- 24 hours - 6 hours before: 50% fee deduction
- Within 6 hours: No refund

Car Rental
Scope: Daily/weekly car rental

Cancellation and Refund Terms:
- 48 hours before: Full refund
- Within 48 hours: Car rental company policy
- Driver's license and age limit check
- Deposit: Refundable
Special Terms:

E-SIM and Digital Products
Scope: E-SIM, internet packages, digital cards
Right of Withdrawal: NO
No right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form, as per Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15/1-(ğ).
Cancellation and Refund Terms:
- Digital delivery: Instant after payment confirmation
- QR code delivery: Via email and your account
- No cancellation or refund after delivery
- Device incompatibility, carrier lock, wrong package selection or change of travel plans are not grounds for a refund
- If an order cannot be delivered, the payment is refunded automatically
- By completing the order, the buyer agrees that the eSIM is delivered immediately after payment and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal ends once the QR code and installation details are sent
- For eSIMs that never connected and used no data, the payment is refunded if, after troubleshooting with our support team, the operator confirms the fault is on their side
- eSIMs that have connected to a network or used data are not refundable; the issue is resolved with our support team, and the eSIM is replaced if the operator approves
- Use in a country the plan does not cover or outside operator coverage, installation and settings errors (data roaming, APN, etc.), an eSIM deleted from the phone, expired or used-up plans, and partial refund requests for unused days or data are not grounds for a refund
- Whether the eSIM connected and how much data was used is determined from the operator's records
Tours and Activities
Scope: Day tours, activities, tickets
Right of Withdrawal: CONDITIONAL
Subject to organizer's policy
Cancellation and Refund Terms:
- Subject to organizer's terms
- Usually requires 24-72 hours notice
- Specified in reservation details
- Weather conditions: Organizer decision
Travel Insurance
Scope: Health insurance, cancellation insurance
