In Economy class, passengers traveling with the Lite package can carry a bag weighing 7 kg and with maximum dimensions of 55x38x20 cm as hand baggage. The Value and Flex packages also have a 7 kg hand baggage allowance. Business class passengers are entitled to carry a total of 14 kg of hand baggage. Checked Baggage: There is no checked baggage allowance in the Lite package. In the Economy class Value package, there is a 20 kg checked baggage allowance, while the Flex package offers a 30 kg allowance. In both cases, the size limit should not exceed a total of 159 cm, and each piece should not weigh more than 32 kg. In Business class, passengers have a total of 40 kg checked baggage allowance. Passengers wishing to purchase additional baggage can do so online up to 6 hours before their flight at discounted rates. Special Baggage: Flydubai charges an additional fee for sports equipment (skiing, golf, bicycle), and the total dimensions of these items must not exceed 159 cm. For musical instruments in Economy class, an extra seat reservation is required to carry them in the cabin, and no additional baggage allowance is provided for these instruments. Strollers are included in the infant baggage allowance, and infants are offered a 5 kg hand baggage and 10 kg checked baggage allowance.

Cancellation Conditions: Ticket cancellation conditions at Flydubai vary depending on the ticket type. Cancellations are not possible or the full fee is deducted for Lite tickets, and only taxes are refunded as a voucher. For Value tickets, cancellation can be made for a fee of AED 200 if there is more than 24 hours before the flight time, and cannot be canceled within 24 hours. For Flex and Business tickets, cancellation is free if there is more than 24 hours before the flight time, but a fee of AED 400 is charged for cancellations between 24 hours and 30 days, and taxes are fully refunded. Refunds are limited for promotional tickets, only taxes are taken. The general 24-hour rule allows free cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, except for promotional tickets. Change Rules: Date and route changes can be made free of charge for Flex tickets if there is more than 24 hours before the flight time. For Lite tickets, a change fee and any fare difference must be paid. Name changes are not allowed. In case of no-show, the full fee is deducted for all tickets except Flex tickets. Refund Process: Refunds are generally made as vouchers, and these vouchers are valid for 12 months. Cash refunds are not made.
