Checked Luggage: The checked luggage allowance on Israir flights is not included in the ticket price. The maximum weight for checked luggage is 23 kg per piece. For the first piece, the fee is 95 USD for domestic flights and 84 Euro for international flights. For the second piece, these amounts are 110 USD and 97 Euro, respectively. For the third to fifth pieces, an additional fee of 140 USD for domestic flights and 125 Euro for international flights is charged for each extra piece. Special Luggage: Sports equipment and musical instruments can be transported on Israir, but they must be properly packaged to ensure safety. A compensation form must also be signed for sports equipment. Strollers are not allowed in the cabin and are transported in the cargo section. Change Rules: Passengers wishing to change the date or route on international flights must pay a change fee of 100 USD if made 21 business days before the flight date, 150 USD between 21 and 4 business days, and 250 USD between 4 and 2 business days. Changes cannot be made less than 2 business days before the flight. Name changes can be made for 100 USD until 24 hours before the flight, but changes made after that are considered cancellations. Refund Process: For canceled bookings, only airport taxes are refunded for international flights, while no refunds are made for domestic flights. Refund processes are typically completed within 7-14 business days depending on the payment method. In the case of a no-show, the ticket fee is non-refundable for low-cost fares.
