Pokhara Airport operates with a single terminal as the old airport. The new Pokhara International Airport, however, has two separate terminals: one for domestic flights and the other for international flights. It is worth noting that international airline operations have not yet commenced. The old terminal hosts local airline flights, and passengers can easily access domestic flights from the terminal.

Taxi: Transportation from Pokhara Airport to the city center by taxi is quite convenient. The journey takes approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis can be found waiting at the airport exit. Taxi services are available continuously throughout the day and operate 24 hours.

Motorbike Taxi: Motorbike taxi (scooter) services are also available around the airport. The travel time to the city center is approximately 10-15 minutes. Motorbike taxis generally offer a fast and practical transportation option.

Local Minibus: Local minibuses passing in front of the airport provide transportation to the city center. The journey takes about 10-20 minutes, and minibuses typically depart every 5-10 minutes. We can board these vehicles by walking to the main road from the airport exit.

Hotel Transfers: Many hotels and trekking agencies offer transfer services with private or shared vehicles for their guests. These transfers usually take 10-15 minutes and provide comfortable transportation.

Walking: The airport is located quite close to the Pokhara city center, allowing us to reach it either by walking or by taxi. If you prefer to walk to the city center, this can also be an enjoyable alternative.

The only passenger lounge available at Pokhara Airport (PKR) is known as the 'Pokhara International Airport Lounge.' This lounge is located in the international departure terminal, after passport control and security, near the boarding gates. It operates as an independent lounge; therefore, all airline passengers can use this lounge if they meet the appropriate access conditions. Services offered include Wi-Fi, food and beverage offerings, and shower facilities.
