Turkish Airlines - Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation Conditions: For your domestic flights with Turkish Airlines, ticket cancellation and refund cannot be made less than 12 hours before the flight time. If you cancel 12 hours or more in advance, you can receive a refund with a deduction of 1450 TL, excluding the ticketing service fee. However, refunds are not possible in classes Q, T, L, V, P, W, U, F. The same cancellation and refund times apply for flights to North Cyprus Turkish Republic-Ercan, but the deduction is 1950 TL, and again, refunds are not allowed in some classes. In case of no-show, only the airport tax can be refunded.
Change Rules: No changes can be made 0-1 hour before your flight. For changes made 1-12 hours before the flight, you can change in classes B-Q for a fee of 1,350 TL, but you cannot receive a refund. Changes are not possible in classes T-F. Changes can be made in classes B-Q for a fee of 1,100 TL if done 12 hours or more in advance. For flights to North Cyprus Turkish Republic-Ercan, changes can be made 1-12 hours before the flight with a penalty of 1,950 TL, but changes are not allowed in some classes. Ticket changes cannot be made after the flight has started.
Refund Process: Refund transactions are carried out by returning the remaining amount to your bank accounts after the specified deductions, excluding ticketing-related service fees. In no-show cases, only the airport tax is refunded. The completion of refund processes may generally take a few business days.
