How to Get to the Airport
Bus (Aero Express): Red express buses are available for transportation from Baku Train Station (28 May stop) and the city center to the airport. These buses operate every 20 minutes between 06:00-23:15 and every 45 minutes between 23:15-06:00. There are stops at Surakhani Bridge and Koroglu Metro Station. The journey time is approximately 30 minutes.
Taxi: Transportation from the city center to the airport by taxi is a very comfortable option. Taxis can be called from various points in the city center and can quickly reach the terminal exits.
Batman Airport (BAL)
From Airport to City Center
Metro: There is no metro or rail system service at Batman Airport.
Bus: Transportation is possible with municipal buses. Direct access is provided on Line 12 with buses numbered 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6A, 7A, 8A, 9B, 10, and 11A. The route starts from the airport and continues through Airport Junction, Carpenters' Site, Provincial Special Administration, Industrial Site, Petrol City, Gültepe Junction, Batman Bar Association, Courthouse, Esentepe, Batman Park, Governorship-Police Department, Atatürk Park, National Sovereignty Boulevard, and Central Transfer Point. The journey time varies between 10-15 minutes.
Taxi: Taxis are available 24 hours at the airport terminal exit. Taxi transportation to the city center takes approximately 7-10 minutes.
Car Rental: There are companies offering car rental services at the airport. Passengers who prefer this service can easily rent a car from the airport.
